The breakfast was outstanding, featuring fresh pastries and local cheeses that truly highlighted the region's culinary delights.
The check-in process felt a bit stressful, as there seemed to be only one staff member handling both reception and bar duties, which led to delays.

charming area close to stunning landmarks and parks
My stay at this hotel was wonderful, as it was just a 15-minute stroll to the center of Roussillon and the room had a cute little balcony overlooking a beautiful garden, making it a perfect spot to relax after exploring the area.

Stunning evening ambiance made our nights memorable.
Unfortunately, our experience was marred by several issues. The decor felt outdated, which was disappointing for the price we paid. There was only one kettle available for the entire hotel, and it was locked away after 8 PM, making it difficult to enjoy a cup of tea. Additionally, I felt that there was a lack of staff, which led to long waits for service at reception.

We enjoyed a lovely stay in a Superior Room Balcony with great views. Unfortunately, reception closed at 8 PM, limiting access to amenities.

Cleanliness stood out with my Superior Room, featuring soft flooring in the bathroom that felt quite pleasant. The air-conditioning kept everything cool, especially during warm days, and the charming room had a lovely little balcony with a table for enjoying the evening breeze. I loved the beautiful garden with the inviting pool area, perfect for relaxing after exploring. However, the evening check-in procedures felt a bit strict, with the reception closing at 8pm which left me anxious about accessing help if needed. Also, the dinner options were quite limited, only having a single menu that didn’t cater to my dietary preferences. I encountered some confusion with the locking mechanism on the balcony door, making it tricky to secure it.

The hotel is set in a fantastic spot with stunning gardens and a lovely pool that my kids enjoyed. We had a relaxing time on the nice balcony while our baby napped. Free parking was a definite plus for our large family.
My wife says that it would be great if there was a kettle in each room for making tea in the morning.

Couples seeking relaxation
We stayed here for three nights and enjoyed the peaceful location close to the village. The staff were friendly and made check-in easy, and I loved lounging by the pool surrounded by lush gardens.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but still reasonable for what we got.

The breakfast was a real treat with fresh croissants and local cheeses that started my day off right. I really enjoyed the relaxing outdoor pool and the serene spa facilities that made unwinding easy. Just a heads up, the room could use a little more storage space, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience. 😊
